15 players participated plus several wives attended, with 6 States represented. Ed King won the Texas Championship Title and the District 8 Championship Title. Former Texas Champion Rupert Boeselt was ill and unable to attend the tournament to defend his title. He said he was looking forward to being at the 2008 TX Tourney. This tournament was scored by game play. We were proud to have four newcomers some had played at one or two tournaments and one had never played in a tournament.
